J & J Welding Fabrication was founded by Jonathan Stanek and Josh Brothman in 2019. Jon graduated from Hobart Institute of Welding where he grew a passion for metal working. While working for Ethos he found his true passion for Tig welding stainless-steel and aluminum. Josh Brothman got his associates in welding technology.
